What Data Is Collected

Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, the following data is collected: your name, email address, and message. This data is sent directly to my email and is not stored in a database. It is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Analytics

This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual users. It records anonymous page view statistics (pages visited, referrer, browser type, country) to help me understand how the site is used. All analytics data is stored on my own server in the EU.

Theme Preference

Your dark/light theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage. This is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.

Legal Basis

The processing of contact form data is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, responding to your inquiry. Analytics data is collected under the same basis for the purpose of improving the website.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because no cookies are used for tracking, analytics, or any other purpose.

Third-Party Services

Contact form emails are delivered via Resend, an email delivery service. Your name, email, and message are transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of email delivery. No other third-party services process your data.
